I am interested in how delicate the connection between documentary photography and context is. If one of these is changed or faked, then the other becomes obsolete. Documentary photography is and always has been very ideological. It has been used to change the way we think. By faking war photos of a possible future conflict in Tallinn, I hope to show how much of a roll press-photography has in forming our perceptions of the past and present.
